Bug#257075: cp -p does not work on xfs partitions with kernel 2.4.18-bf

# All these bugs are caused by a bug in older XFS implementations not
# allowing to preserve some attributes of a file, when doing an
# cp -p. In theory we could close these bugs with the notice, that
# the bug is fixed in later kernels.
# In sarge exist xfs fixed support, so for the time being I tag that
# bugs woody.
