Bug#269416: tetex-extra postinst lacks debconf loading

The db_.. commands have been introduced only recently, and they are only
triggered if something goes wrong with the generation of the format
files. I'll fix the bug as soon as possible.

But when it is fixed it will turn out what the other bug on your system
is, namely the reason why the format file generation failed. If you
didn't reboot or otherwise cleanup /tmp, there will be a file
/tmp/tetex-extra.postinst.*. If this is true, please file an other bug
(severity important, I'd say), and include this file.
