Well, no, not exactly. Indeed the debian directory of the cm-super fonts
will not work properly, and even the updmap --enable trick is at least
problematic. But still it is a bug in our package that we didn't
preserve your local configuration, as it worked before the upgrade.
I'm working on a fix, hopefully also in sarge.
