Bug#246686: tetex-doc: grfguide contains bitmap fonts

The file /usr/share/doc/texmf/latex/graphics/grfguide.ps.gz is made with
bitmap fonts instead of scalable version of the CM fonts. Makes it hard
to read on screen.
