Bug#240231: marked as done (tetex-bin: mktextfm fails to create font)

The mktextfm program is unable to create the ecrm1095.tfm font file. It
is not a permission issue, because the same problem happens even if I
run the program as root.

The tetex installation used to create the fonts flawlessly. Thanks for
your great effort on packaging tetex.

Below is an excerpt of the execution.
