Ah, sorry, my mistake.  Yes the latest tetex-base is 2.0.2-6
but anyway its templates is a bit modified from 2.0.2-5.1

tetex-base (2.0.2-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * Run "debconf-updatepo" which I forgot to run.  [kohda]

so I think it's better for us to wait you will update 
the translation, right?
