Bug#236967: tetex-extra: marvosym causes \Rightarrow to print as ":"

If marvosym is used, \Rightarrow comes out as a colon.  Sample file,
try with and without the \usepackage commented out:

\begin{document}
 Does this have a colon or Rightarrow? $\Rightarrow\Omega$
\end{document}
