Bug#236611: xdvi magnifier flickers when moving
Package: tetex-bin
Version: 2.0.2-7
Severity: minor
Hello,
Thanks for packaging the huge LaTeX bunch!
This is just a minor flaw in xdvi: when right-dragging on a document,
you get the big magnifier you can more around. However, if you do that,
during moves there is a white flicker between every update, probably due
to lack of double buffering. After a while, it becomes quite annoying.
Also (I just noticed it while writing this report), the rulers at the
sides of the magnifier appear only after the magnifier has been moved,
but not in the first show when it pops up.
Bye,
Enrico
