I'd rather like you to correct that yourself and upload the corrected

The LPPL contains conditions like:
3. You must not distribute the modified file with the filename of
the original file.
which makes sure, nobody bothers you with bogus bug reports.
A more simple:
% Unlimited copying and redistribution of this file are permitted as
% long as this file is not modified. Modifications are permitted, but
% only if the resulting file is not named hyphen.tex.
like in hyphen.tex could be sufficient too.
