So, ptex left some files in /etc/texmf/fmt.d/ during remove.
Therefore he tries to build the formats for ptex, but /usr/bin/ptex
is missing.
I guess these files should be removed during remove, but nevertheless
it should not be overwritten during upgrade. Dunno, how to achieve
this.
