tetex-bin: formats not build

Hello,

Tetex-bin 2.0.2-6 can't build most format files on my computer: I purge 
all tetex* packages, delete /usr/share/texmf and /etc/texmf to be sure 
that there is no conflict with the previous tetex installation, then 
apt-get install tetex-base tetex-bin tetex-extra from testing or 
unstable, and I get the following errors during initex:

  /usr/share/texmf/web2c

This is a summary of all `failed' messages and warnings:
`tex -ini -jobname=latex -progname=latex latex.ini' failed

`etex -ini -jobname=elatex -progname=elatex *elatex.ini' failed
`pdftex -ini -jobname=pdflatex -progname=pdflatex pdflatex.ini' failed
`pdfetex -ini -jobname=pdfetex -progname=pdfetex *pdfetex.ini' failed
`pdfetex -ini -jobname=pdfelatex -progname=pdfelatex *pdfelatex.ini' failed
`omega -ini  -jobname=lambda -progname=lambda lambda.ini' failed



The logfiles for all failing formats end with the following lines:
