Done.

Well, I am not a Debian developer. However, I do plan to apply soon and
am already maintaining two source packages sponsored by Sébastien
Bacher.

Good. If the teTeX maintainers agree, I'll take care of this package. I
will need a sponsor and I don't know yet if Sébastien, which I am CCing,
wants to sponsor TeX-related packages (also, it may be that Sébastien is
busy these days).

[ Sébastien, note that I did not put your address in this message's
Mail-Followup-To field since you haven't had the chance to request to
  be CCed yet. ]

OK, thanks for your cooperation. I only had a quick look at your
package, but the following points could be improved:
  - /usr/share/doc/lmodern/0info086.txt could be a symlink to
    the same file under /usr/share/texmf/doc/...
  - the copyright file could be polished (On Debian systems, the
complete text of the GNU GPL can be found in blablabla...). Also,
the description in debian/control can be polished a little bit.
  - The last changelog entry is a bit weird:
       * Treat '/etc/texmf/dvips/lm.map' as a conf file
       * Do not treat 'lm.map' as a conf file
(the fact is it *is* a conffile)

None of these problems is serious, as you can see. But never mind, I'll
work on this tomorrow. And thanks for this package, which from what I
can tell from my Google searches of this afternoon, helped several
Debian users.
