The fix for listings is easy, see the patch below. Finding the others
requires some more work. helpindex.html (or was it newhelpindex.html)
might be a starting point.

BTW, does it really make sense to put texdoctk.dat in tetex-base? It's
clear for format files, documentclasses etc. But in this case, I'd
rather put it into tetex-bin (although I notice it is an upstream
decision). Also, I wouldn't put it under /etc - it's not really meant to
be modified by a system administrator.

(For Karl: This is for the sources, simply applying the patch to
/etc/texdoctk/texdoctk.dat will do the trick for you. You need to go
into /etc/ (or /etc/texdoctk/) and give patch the appropriate number of
directories to strip, -p2 (or -p3) it should be if I'm not wrong again.)
