Bug#219294: tetex-base: Please include (now free) cahyph.tex

Dear Debian developers,

I would like the catalan hyphenation patterns to be included in 
Debian tetex-base (and, of course, in the future in upstream tetex).

The file was removed because it was non-free (no commercial 
distribution), but it has been now released under the lppl 
license (version 1.11, July 15 2003).

The present version of the cahyph.tex file, as downloaded from:

states:

I would be very glad if cahyph.tex were included in Debian.
