I tested the patch (on i386 so not so meaningful, but ant way)
and it worked.  So applied it in CVS.

Just done in CVS.  But copyright file need much more
refinement.

I added this explanation in README.Debian in CVS.

So only main fix left would be of #208408 and there
was a patch so would be done in a few days, I guess.
