Bug#204459: Atsuhito, are non-english hyphenation patterns really needed? (was: Bug#204459: tetex-bin: German hyphenation pattern is missing from debconf template)

P.S. Just came to my mind: There's one exception. The documentation for
KOMA-Script is quite bad in english, and anybody who understands a
little german will probably use the german one. On the other hand, the
typeset pdf-File of the german documentation is included anyway.
