Package: tetex-bin
Version: 1.0.7+20011202-5.1
Severity: normal

The man page for "texdoc" is incomplete in its description of the
TEXDOCVIEWER_* environment variables. It makes it appear as if one could just
set, for example, "TEXDOCVIEWER_dvi=dvilx". It fails to mention that a "%s"
is needed in that string to mark the position where the document filename
should be inserted; i.e., it should be "TEXDOCVIEWER_dvi='dvilx %s'".

Is included in tetex-bin from upstream, closing that bug.
