The same problem here. The solution is to run /usr/bin/updmap after
installation of the cm-super Debian package.
The /var/lib/dpkg/info/cm-super.postinst unfortunately only runs
/usr/sbin/update-updmap but neglects to run /usr/bin/updmap afterwards
to update the psfont.map.
