Bug#202473: tetex-bin: xdvi wrapper breaks quoted and/or escaped command line options

The xdvi wrapper does not pass commandline options correctly to the underlying
xdvi.bin/xdvi.real (whatever?!). I assume this problem arises from too few or
too many or the wrong quotation marks somewhere in the script.
I'm sorry, but I was not able to identify the offensing line of code.
You can reproduce the problem with any command line option with quoted or escaped
characters, e.g.
xdvi -editor "emacsclient --no-wait" test.dvi
