Well, depends on... But at least tetex-bin should conflict, to make
sure, that the separate package texdoctk is removed, during upgrading
of tetex-bin.
Problem: The /etc/texdoctk/* seems to be conffiles, so they will
not be removed, if another packages removes (not purges) texdoctk due
to a Conflicts-field (is this correct?). So maybe we run into another
problem, if anybody tries then to upgrade tetex-extra.
