Bug#200902: tetex-bin: errors on upgrade

Good news: after upgrading with
apt-get -qu install tetex-doc tetex-extra
I can now see the help doc in texdoctk.

This perhaps indicates tetex-bin needs to depend on a particular
version of tetex-doc (unless it was tetex-extra that did the trick).

Also, there are no complaints when doing the initialization. That
might indicate the first problem in the bug report is fixed too.
Here's a portion of the log:

mktexlsr: Updating /usr/local/lib/texmf/ls-R...
mktexlsr: Updating /var/lib/texmf/ls-R...
mktexlsr: Updating /var/cache/fonts/ls-R...
mktexlsr: Done.
Running initex for missing formats. This may take some time. ...
Output of initex is in /tmp/tex7N2emw

I could not upgrade tetex-eurosym, which conflicted with tetex-extra.
I allowed it to be removed, assuming it's been folded back into the
main packages.
