This has been fixed in (some version previous to) 22.40v (which
is in sid). Now the first link will result in a message
`Corrupted DVI file' (since it still considers the downloaded
file a DVI file - this has been fixed in 22.74), but the `Back'
button works.
So I'd suggest to tag this bug as `woody'.
