That's not a really big deal. 

Basically, you just add another underscore character before the
CHoices line...

Then, you run "debconf-updatepo" and that's all.

The only problem lies with tranlsations : as strings have changed
(several short strings instead of only one), your translators will
have to re-work their translation for the Choices line : every new
string will be marked as "untranslated".

FOr my geneweb package, I did this : I then re-worked te *.po files by
myself (this was also language names...so I can guess those in nearly
all languages I have translations for)

But, of course, I may wait...or send you a patch after you release the
next package version.
