Bug#186869: tetex-extra: Ancient version of pdfcrypt fails to cooperate

Hi there,

when running pdflatex with support for encryption via the pdfcrypt 
package the following error message occurs:

You need pdfTeX 3.14159-14h-pdfcrypt-20010310 or higher.

Judging from the pdfcrypt package date it is only to be expected not to 
harmonize, I guess... Probably the pdfcrypt patch is missing in pdf(la)tex 
altogether.
