Bug#184557: marked as done (xmltex fails to install)

The problem was inconsistency of newer libkpathsea and
old binaries (kpsewhich in this case) but not inconsistency
of tetex-base and tetex-bin.

This was fixed in tetex-bin 2.0.1-2 so I close this.
