I tested the above hebtest.tex but couldn't reproduce
the error.

If ivritex was not installed, the same error occured
but after installing ivritex it seemed okay.

At least ivritex contains jerus10.mf so I can't believe
there was a problem.

civic:~/scr/tex/sample/debian$ dpkg -L ivritex | grep jerus10
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/source/hebrew/jerus10.mf

I can't understand this.  Installing (not upgrading though)
ivritex is okay and building ivritex is also no problem.

What is the problem in fact?
