Not so complete but simple way could be to check only
postinst of packages listed in the following command;
civic:~$ apt-cache showpkg tetex-bin
Package: tetex-bin
Versions:
2.0.2-5.1(/var/lib/apt/lists/ring.asahi-net.or.jp_archives_linux_debian_debian_\
dists_sid_main_binary-i386_Packages)(/var/lib/dpkg/status)
Reverse Depends:
texdoctk,tetex-bin
musixpss,tetex-bin 1.0.5-1
(snip)
because packages which used updmap should depend on
tetex-bin.
