The bug reporter can do this as well.

Woody users _could_ also look for archived bugs... But they don't. Me
too. This is a major problem of the bug tracking system.
Some consider it a workaround to tag these bugs "woody" - however this
is not what the tag was originally intended for. There are other people
among the maintainers who don't like that at all.
