Bug#31897: Springer Macro Package in Debian?

Dear Ladies and Gentleman,

Down here in the Debian Bug Tracking system we've got the request to
package the llncs-macros (and maybe some others from
http://www.springer.de/author/tex/help-book.html) made by you into
tetex or at least into an separate Debian package. As the copyright
statement says that this is not allowed without a permission from
you, we would like to ask you if we can get one.
