Yes, so tetex-bin Conflicts with texdoctk.

And tetex-extra Provides texdoctk (at least at present).
Then both tetex-bin and tetex-extra can be installed?

This is different from the above situation, isn't this?

I suspect even now it is a fairy difficult to set reasonable
dependency with texdoctk.
