Bug#180357: tetex-bin: kpsewhich segfaults

Package: tetex-bin
Version: 2.0-1
Severity: grave
Tags: sid
Justification: renders package unusable

tetex-bin 2.0-1 does not include libkpathsea3 2.0-1 in Depends:
field so kpsewhich segfaults during postinst due to the old lib.
Hand-upgrading libkpatchsea3 solved the problem.
