tetex-bin should conflict with the old versions of other packages whose
files in /etc/texmf/texmf.d/ didn't have the suffix .cnf.

Havin a new tetex-bin together with non-converted pacakges installed might
lead to problems in these pacakges.

After grepping Contents-i386 it seems at least the following packages
are affected:
- alml
- jbibtex-bin
- passivetex
- ptex-bin
- xmltex
