Under these settings, if you add yourself to group "users"
you will not see error messages. This will be your (or a user's)
decision now.

Ah, yes I overlooked this change. This is very important.

For security reason, the permissions could not be relaxed
so far. cf. Bug#57746
This is an issue not easy to fix, I guess.
I will fix (2) and close this, because other problems are;
(1) is not a problem in fact and (2) is the same as #57746
essentially.
