Package: tetex-base
Version: 1.0.2+20021025-5
Severity: severe

The package hangs up at installation time : configuration is buggy. The l=
ast=20
displayed line is
Regenerating /etc/texmf/updmap.cfg ... done
Which is not done, in fact ! If I look in /tmp, lots of updmXXXXXX files =
are=20
present, one for each of my "dpkg --configure -a" attempt. When I look in=
=20
these, I can see:

/usr/bin/updmap: line 622: /web2c/mktexdir: Aucun fichier ou r=E9pertoire=
 de ce=20
type
using output directory /etc/texmf/dvips

updmap is creating new map files using the following configuration:
  prefer outlines: true
  texhash enabled: true
  download standard fonts (dvips): false
  download standard fonts (pdftex): false

Scanning for LW35 support files
updmap: map file `pdftex35.map' not found.
updmap: map file `ps2pk35.map' not found.
updmap: map file `dvips35.map' not found.

=2E.. and it goes on with .map files not found.

Thank you for your help !

This was fixed in 1.0.2+20021025-6 and/or 1.0.2+20021025-7
already.
