The latest release of tetex-bin seems to have added the man pages
ctangle(1) and cweave(1), leading to unpacking errors on systems with
cweb also installed.  I don't believe there are any other overlaps;
certainly the actual binaries don't seem to be there.

Please drop these files, which just seem to be symlinks to
undocumented(7) anyway....
