Ah, sorry, I am testing the latest teTeX beta 20021225 and
that package semmed contains ctangle/cweave if I remembered
correctly (lintian claimed missing man pages for these).

This would be migrated from that package by my mistake.

But then, if teTeX 2.0 will be released, tetex-bin will
conflict with cweb ? (I didn't check cweb yet)
