Bug#67225: marked as done (tetex-bin: /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf: wrong cslatex path)

but exact cslatex directory is $TEXMF/tex/latex/cslatex.  modify it.

I checked the latest tetex-base and now cslatex
stuffs were in $TEXMF/tex/{cslatex,csplain,latex,generic,}//
so the /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf file was correct now.
