Bug#171196: tetex-bin: 1.0.7+20021025-3 missing cfg files, xdvi unhappy

Here is a remedy for the xdvi.cfg problem which still exists
in tetex-bin 1.0.7+20021025-4, tetex-base 1.0.2+20021025-2

1) Create the file `/usr/share/texmf/xdvi/xdvi.cfg' containing the 
single line
	dvipsmap ps2pk.map

2) Run texconfig and rehash (rebuild ls-R database).

As of version 1.0.2+20021025-2, tetex-base contains ps2pk.map.

Step 1) is taken from README.t1fonts which the man page of xdvi refers 
to. This file can be found at 
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/xdvi/xdvik/texk/xdvik/README.t1fonts
