Well, not only are those "quotes" mismatched, but you shouldn't be mentioning
"yes" at all.  Not all debconf frontends may present boolean questions in a
"yes/no" form.  (They could be checkboxes.)

I suggest:

  Accepting this option will allow you to easily manage the permissions of
  those ls-R files using debconf.
