We know that there are demands to split tetex into
several packages. Cf. #78926, #100332
When I was a user of tetex packages, I thought in that way
but now, as a maintainer, I don't think it is better way.
But one of the advantages of the current packaging is
the whole TeX system could be installed easily and simply.
