Bug#169888: tetex-bin: dangling symbolic links

Thank you for your quick action.
I confirmed just now that this bug is fixed well
in tetex-bin 1.0.7+20021025-3.
Perhaps it is a `side-effect' of the misplaced man files
that I reported in Bug#169879.
