Bug#169945: tetex-extra: geometry.sty offset wrong on a4 paper

The same document LaTeXed using the geometry.sty out of 1.0.2+20021025-1
prints roughly one inch higher up the paper (A4) than when using the
geometry.sty out of 1.0.2+20011202-3.
Replacing geometry.sty with the older version restores the expected
behaviour.
