Yes, it was reported in #169833 already ;)

This was because *.pro's were installed with tetex-base formerly
but the upstream changed a bit and now we should install them
with tetex-bin.

I uploaded fixed version but note it is tetex-bin but
not tetex-base.

tetex-bin 1.0.7+20021025-3 is the fixed version.
