The newest version of tetex-base lacks the file texc.pro which
formerly was in

/usr/share/texmf/dvips/base/texc.pro (packages.d.o)

But:
/usr/share/texmf/dvips/base/psfonts.map
/usr/share/texmf/dvips/config

This breaks dvips (at least as used in muttprint):
