Great, feel free to close out the bug when the new release happens; no
obvious need to make an interim debian release unless you happen to
anyway.

I tested out the fix before submitting the bug report; I chose to bump
the revision number that way so that if you release -9 that my system
should chose to upgrade to -9 rather than staying with my local fix.
