Bug#165230: tetex-doc: pstricks test-pst.tex does not compile; missing files

test-pst.tex (installed in /usr/share/doc/tetex-doc/generic/pstricks) 
requires a set of .inl files to compile; these files aren't included in 
the deb, so I can't compile test-pst.tex.
