FYI.  As far as I tried to build tetex-bin with 20020901
on PowerPC, it failed to build the package with libwww.
(on i386, it goes well though.)

The problem comes from the fact that there is no libwwwapp.*
in libwww-dev on PowerPC, IMHO.

I don't know this is a normal state of libwww-dev or not.
