tetex-src packaging

Hi all,

the latest teTeX-texmfsrc-beta-20021225.tar.gz contains
the following directories and file;

README	amstex/  fonts/  generic/  info/  latex/  pdftex/  plain/

and even the tetex-src in woody 

README	 amstex/  generic/  info/  latex/  pdftex/

but its rules installed only

    cp -a README info amstex generic latex

(pdftex was not installed!).

Is there any (historical?) reason to install only subset
of source tree or it was only a slight mistake?

Should we install all directories when teTeX 2.0 will uploaded?
