    moved pdftex/pdflatex stuffs to tetex-base
    moved texdoctk and eurosym stuffs to tetex-extra
    accordingly, fixed dependency
    removed obsolete /etc/X11/Xresources
    introduced new scheme (update-updmap) to handle updmap.cfg
    postinst/tetex-extra.postinst now checked the existence of fmtutil.cnf
    before running texconfig init
    remove unnecessary FMT at tetex-extra removing
