I see, this one is wrong.  Please edit this file,
/etc/texmf/texmf.d/94alml.cnf
as the following;

%main_memory = 1000000
font_mem_size = 800000
%pool_size = 250000
%hash_extra = 10000
%buf_size = 100000
save_size = 40000

that is, only "font_mem_size = 800000" and "save_size = 40000"
are necessary and others are unnecessary or even harmful.

Then installation will work for you.

This is certainly a bug of alml.
